In random cases, you might be required to deal with your local customs clearance office direct but in general there should be no need for that and our shipping carriers will take care of that on your behalf. Please follow the instructions on that email (if any) and you should receive your order delivered at your door without any delays. (In general within 24-48 hours during weekdays after you have placed your order). In general you should receive an email notification from one of our main shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or DHL) meanwhile your order is on its way. Since we are located in the EUROPEAN UNION and your selected shipping destination does not belong to it, you might have to clear this shipment upon arrival.
